What is an Item Upgrader in Pokemon Go?

The item upgrader adds a brand new widget to the top of the Angel and Cash Upgrade windows. The Manager is priced at 33 billion Angel Investors, and has no other benefit to the game, aside from making it easier to buy upgrades.
Boosters
There are a variety of boosts you can get with an upgrader. These could include stats and additional bonuses. These bonuses can be utilized on armor, weapons and trinkets. They can be used to boost the abilities of the character, or can be added as an aspect of variety to the build.

Costs
